Snow removal front sidewalk only. 

Front sidewalk only, corner lot will cost more. (depends on size, amount of foot traffic, etc.) 

Incentive #1:  guarantee service within 24h, with daily visit(s) if snow is continuous/extreme (as required).

We are fully equipped for all conditions, are properly insured and covered.

Salt is non-negotiable for all properties (when required) and charged at a cost of 2.75$/kg. 

Incentive #2:  Unlike some other competitors, our high-quality service includes scraping/cleaning off foot stamps, car tracks, etc.

Dates of service (for the season) covers: October 15 to April 15 (ie. 6 months).

Standard 1 car front driveway/garage $220$/month 

Front sidewalk, with standard 2 car front driveway/garage $220/month 

Front sidewalk, with standard 3 car front driveway/garage $260-310/month

Incentive # 3: Special discount of 10% off can be offered on payment upfront (for the full 6 months), made before the early-bird deadline of October 15; otherwise, all monthly (ongoing) payments are due on the 1st of the service month (unless otherwise specified/agreed).
